A Learn Local needed an organisational review to ensure that current staffing structures, including roles and skills, could met the outcomes sought by the Strategic Plan.

A newly created government entity, combining three previously separate entities, needed to create and embed a shared culture and values across their diverse organisation.

A Not for Profit with a remote workforce wanted to ensure their people felt their work was valued and aligned with the overall strategy to ensure success and achievement of goals.

- Goals aligned clearly with strategic outcomes, and employees who know how their work contributes.
- Greater understanding across the team as to why progress reviews are important, the progress review process, how to set SMART goals, and how to lead the discussion for those in leadership roles.
- Online coaching for Managers and team members to ensure SMART goals were set for the first reporting period.
Creating a People & Culture Strategy
A medium sized wholesale/retail company required a People Strategy to support the Strategic Plan for the business.

The project outcome was the creation of a people strategy to take the company through the next five years of their business plan. The strategy is based on 5 fundamental People Pillars and set in motion a People and Culture plan where goals were set annually. These goals were then broken down into quarterly goals to align with the company’s performance review periods. The goals were reviewed each quarter which allowed the company to remain agile should their business strategy change.
Workforce Capability/People Development Plan
A medium sized engineering firm wanted to ensure they had a robust plan for the career development of their people, and a way to clearly see the skill gaps they had in the business.
