Lee-Anne & Tegan are the forces behind Hunt & Rose. Between them they have over 30 years of experience in the people business working in Human Resources and Learning & Development.
The last 5 years have been spent consulting with micro and small to medium business across all sectors from NFPs to financial services and everything in between.
They now specialise in helping businesses get the workplaces they want!

Tegan has been leading teams of her own and working with different levels of Management for over 15 years. Tegan has built up an extraordinary wealth of practical knowledge complementing her studies and believes that consistent leadership and strong relationships are critical to building successful businesses. Tegan is passionate about creating safe workplaces where all can thrive.
When she’s not working, she can be found running up a mountain or two or chasing her three children.

Lee-Anne Hunt MAHRI, BA (Disability Studies) Cert IV in Training & Assessment
Lee-Anne’s passion is in helping others with their personal and professional growth. She has been creating her own vibrant and interactive learning and development workshops for almost 15 years. With a strong focus on supporting leaders in a nurturing and safe environment Lee-Anne helps to create a culture of positive relationships to drive business and personal success.
Outside of work she loves to travel and enjoys a fit and healthy lifestyle.
